Q: What types of activities can be held at the Event Center on Edenbower?
A: Conferences, parties, educational meetings, business meetings, trade fairs and banquets are all permitted uses of the center.
Q: What is the capacity of the two rooms and for what times can they be scheduled?
A: The Event Center downstairs, also called the Conference Room, seats 75 people in a theater style, 66 in a classroom style and 75 in a banquet style. The Conference Room is available during any hours. The Board Meeting Room seats 14 people and is only available during business hours (Monday-Friday).
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: To make a reservation, call the designated reservation phone line at 541-464-7600. Reservations can be made as far in advance as needed. Check out our Rental Agreement to learn more.
Q: What does the PA (sound) system and AV (audio visual) system include?
A: The Event Center on Edenbower is equipped with a surround sound system, drop-down screens, a wireless microphone, wireless internet, HDMI capability and two projectors.
Q: What does the kitchen include and do you provide catering?
A: The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave.
The Event Center on Edenbower does not provide or coordinate any catering services, supplies (plates, utensils, serving dishes, etc.) or food delivery. The reserving party must make arrangements for any food delivery.
Coffee service is available at the Event Center for $20.00.
Q: Can alcohol be served in this facility?
A: A certificate of liability insurance for alcohol sales must be provided and must include the building owner as additionally insured. Alcohol must be preapproved by the Event Center on Edenbower Representative. The reserving party must submit any required permits and insurance for alcohol service not less than 3 business days before the day of the event and a licensed server permit may be required. Alcohol may only be served in the rental space. The cost of the alcohol deposit (if applicable) is $100.
Q: Where can I park?
A: We do have parking available. It is limited to 50 spaces, so carpooling is encouraged.
